Thinkific Ops

Thinkific Ops is the first product and integration under the WP SignalStack brand.

Its purpose is to connect WordPress marketing activity to Thinkific enrollments and revenue so operators can understand which campaigns, pages, and channels actually create students.

What Thinkific Ops covers​

Thinkific Ops currently supports documentation and workflows around:

  • WordPress capture of inbound attribution context
  • secure Thinkific connection setup
  • initial synchronization and data verification
  • reporting for enrollments, revenue, and attribution coverage
  • troubleshooting when context breaks between WordPress and Thinkific

Thinkific Ops Base​

Thinkific Ops Base is focused on installation, attribution continuity, and enrollment mapping.

Includes:

  • capture inbound attribution context on WordPress
  • map attribution context to Thinkific enrollments
  • verify attribution continuity through controlled UTM tests

Thinkific Ops Pro​

Thinkific Ops Pro adds analytics, filtering, and export capabilities on top of the Base workflow.

Revenue dashboards (Pro)​

This feature is available in SignalStack Pro.

Use revenue dashboards to analyze source-level and course-level performance with attribution coverage context.

UTM revenue filtering (Pro)​

This feature is available in SignalStack Pro.

Filter attributed revenue by UTM dimensions (source, medium, campaign, and landing context) to isolate high-performing traffic.

BI data export (Pro)​

This feature is available in SignalStack Pro.

Export attribution and revenue datasets for external BI/reporting workflows.

Typical admin workflow​

The working rhythm usually looks like this:

  1. Connect WordPress to Thinkific with valid credentials.
  2. Confirm the plugin can store secure settings.
  3. Run initial sync or baseline data refresh.
  4. Test a controlled UTM-driven visit and enrollment.
  5. Review dashboards or reports to confirm coverage.

Operational surfaces​

Depending on your plugin build, you may see areas such as:

  • Overview for KPI snapshots and coverage summaries
  • Revenue for source and course-level revenue analysis
  • Learners for learner activity or intervention views
